Boe Pahari is Chairman of VisionEdgeOne. He has over 30 years of experience in international financial services with executive leadership positions in private equity, funds management, investment banking, and corporate structured finance. Prior to VE1, Boe was CEO and Global Head of Infrastructure Equity at AMP Capital, which he built into a top 5 global infrastructure investment manager with USD 21 billion AUM. He previously held various executive leadership positions at ABN AMRO/Royal Bank of Scotland. Boe was also founder and CEO of Foreshore Global Capital and started his investment banking career at Citibank.
Boe holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), a Bachelor of Laws from University of New South Wales, Australia, a Master of Laws from University of Sydney, Australia and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.
Katie Sunderland is a Trustee of VisionTrust alongside her work in investor relations, marketing, communications and ESG as a Founding Member of VisionEdgeOne. Katie has over a decade of experience in financial communications with a focus on real assets and responsible investing. She was previously senior communications manager at AMP Capital from 2017 to 2022. Prior to joining AMP Capital, she held roles at Hermes Investment Management, Aura Financial and the Carlyle Group. She was also a Founding Director of Oxford Fashion Week and has many years of volunteering experience with the Riding for the Disabled Association.
She has an MA in English Language & Literature (with a focus on the medieval period) from Oxford University and holds the CFA Society’s Investment Management Certificate.
